Anforderungen
- 5-7 years insurance operations, underwriting, or accounting/finance experience
- Finance/Accounting background with understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and booking processes for insurance transactions
- Insurance business knowledge, including operational underwriting and finance fundamentals
- Experience with underwriting support, document management, tracking/reporting, and system entry tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; high affinity for digital topics and advanced technology use in insurance operations
- Data protection knowledge for insurance information acquisition and transfer
- Knowledge of applicable insurance operations laws and jurisdictions
- Strong problem-solving skills; reliability and creativity in analysis and task management
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills with stakeholders, brokers, and clients
- Conscientious, flexible, resilient; capable of conflict management in a team-oriented environment
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools or data analytics platforms is a plus
Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end ownership of ART transaction portfolio
- Onboard new ART transactions
- Monitor and track contractual features
- Monitor ART transaction processes and needs
- Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance
- Ensure accurate policy administration and systems entry
- Contribute to portfolio-level oversight
- Drive process improvements for team effectiveness
- Collaborate with underwriters on deal management
- Coordinate transactional activity across the deal lifecycle
- Coordinate booking activity with Finance
- Support cash management and tracking
- Collaborate with Claims on deal management
- Ensure cross-functional alignment
- Communicate proactively with brokers and clients
- Support Credit Control
- Perform KYC checks for new counterparties
- Control accurate binding activities
- Execute administrative tasks for policy documentation
- Ensure accurate policy representation in systems
- Prepare quarterly controls for assigned portfolio
- Review and resolve outstanding items quarterly
- Contribute to portfolio-level monitoring and oversight
- Support the broader Deal Services team
- Support assigned projects
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members
- Share knowledge and best practices with junior team members
