Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
- Strong analytical and conclusion-drawing skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to balance priorities
- Knowledge in Luxury skincare is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Translate commercial priorities, market intelligence, and data insights into demand and supply plans
- Lead the demand planning process for the assigned scope
- Ensure alignment with financial planning, commercial priorities, and supply chain requirements
- Create, manage, and improve retail and shipment forecasts for saleable products
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to reflect market trends, promotions, and product performance in the forecast
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to forecast, track, and account for non-saleable items
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify gaps versus actuals
- Recommend actionable improvement plans for forecast accuracy
- Contribute to portfolio and lifecycle management by optimizing stock levels
- Minimize return risks and reduce obsolescence exposure
- Oversee shortages and allocation topics in coordination with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales
- Support mitigation plans for shortages and allocations
- Consolidate sell-out data and market intelligence to support business decisions
- Act as a key contact for external database providers
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure effective use of reporting tools and processes
- Own business requirements for reporting and analytics tools
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for reporting and analytics tools like QlikSense, QlikView, and Power BI
