Anforderungen
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Product Development, Innovation, Marketing, R&D, Packaging, or Supply Chain within cosmetics, skincare, beauty, or FMCG industry
- Proven experience managing end-to-end new product launch or innovation projects
- Strong project management skills, leading multiple cross-functional projects
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, assessing risks, driving decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including to senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage complexity, resolve conflicts, make decisions in fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Collaborative team player with international mindset, driving results through partnerships
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
- Experience across more than one function (e.g., Marketing, R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain)
- Luxury skincare, beauty, or premium consumer goods experience
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile or equivalent)
Aufgaben
- Lead project core teams to ensure OTIFIQ of assigned projects
- Manage on-time, in-full, and in-quality execution of NPL projects
- Prepare comprehensive decision-making fundamentals
- Anticipate potential project risks
- Escalate critical issues as needed
- Present project proposals to key gatekeepers
- Secure project approvals and alignment
- Provide functional leadership to NPL Core Team members
- Collaborate with Brand Managers, Formula Developers, Packaging Engineers, and Supply Chain Project Leads
- Steer cross-functional resources to maximize project profitability
- Optimize return on investment for new initiatives
- Consult with project owners (Global Marketing Managers)
- Represent an entrepreneurial perspective within project gates
- Clarify project briefings and objectives with project owners
- Establish clear roadmaps for project execution
- Drive continuous improvement of the NPL process
- Cooperate with the NPL Leadership team
- Act in the overall company's best interests
