- 15+ years progressive leadership in software engineering, development, or technology delivery
- Proven track record leading large-scale software development organizations (200+ professionals)
- Experience managing globally distributed teams and large offshore development centers (India)
- Demonstrated success leading managers and senior leaders in complex matrix organizations
- Strong background in enterprise software development, engineering governance, architecture, and large-scale technology delivery

- Experience managing vendor ecosystems and global delivery models
- Experience in transportation, logistics, shipping, or other highly operational global industries is advantageous
- Experience from large-scale software engineering environment (global tech, enterprise software, digital platform, financial institution, telecommunications, multinational development center)
- Understanding of leading software organizations at scale with hundreds of engineers across multiple products, platforms, and domains
- Experience operating in highly structured global delivery environments balancing speed, quality, governance, and business value
- Comfortable discussing engineering strategy with architects, delivery execution with engineering leaders, organizational design with senior management, and technology investments with executive stakeholders
- Experience running a true software factory environment with large distributed teams, mature engineering practices, and industrialized delivery processes

- Lead and develop a global software engineering organization of over 200 professionals
- Oversee software engineers, architects, technical leads, managers, and offshore teams
- Ensure delivery, performance, and evolution of enterprise applications and digital products
- Support Finance, Fleet, Marketing, IoT, and other strategic business domains
- Drive engineering excellence, software quality, and delivery predictability
- Lead modernization initiatives and operational efficiency efforts
- Define priorities with business and technology executives
- Shape technology roadmaps and allocate resources
- Ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
- Lead a multi-layer management structure
- Develop leadership capabilities across the organization
- Establish scalable governance and delivery frameworks
- Manage strategic vendors and offshore delivery partners
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
