- Foster a continuous learning environment
- Support design decisions
- Review code
- Contribute hands-on to product development
- Drive technical analysis of new projects and features
- Ensure solutions are well understood and feasible
- Ensure solutions align with engineering standards
- Surface platform-specific needs with Practice Leads
- Surface technical debt with Practice Leads
- Surface architectural risks with Practice Leads
- Surface cases for divergence from paved paths with Practice Leads
- Ensure adoption and use of agent-assisted development workflows
- Ensure adoption and use of paved paths
- Maintain cross-product engineering alignment with peer Engineering Managers
