- Develop roadmaps and manage process improvement initiatives
- Provide support for strategic initiatives to deliver revenue growth, margins, and cash improvement
- Manage project management capability
- Act as a business champion and subject matter expert for Systems operations
- Provide support to Systems operations teams
- Drive adoption and effectiveness of standard processes and tools
- Lead Systems Operations Excellence for the region
- Achieve operational and functional excellence
- Enhance business productivity, customer experience, and satisfaction
- Standardize and simplify tools, reports, processes, and operating procedures
- Drive enhancement and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes
- Develop, manage coordination, and implement performance improvement initiatives
- Implement process standardization programs to drive profitability
- Track and drive key metrics and KPIs
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure appropriate improvement actions are in place
- Develop and drive a continuous improvement culture
- Focus on installation to drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery
- Manage the Installation Excellence Risk and Escalation Process
- Ensure internal stakeholders are engaged and risks are mitigated
- Coordinate and implement strategic initiatives with other departments
- Monitor and control risk within contract agreements
- Lead Lesson Learnt Process across EMEA
- Ensure lesson learnt reviews are completed
- Utilize historic project data analytic reviews to identify trends
- Develop improvement actions and ensure dissemination across the region
- Support tracking and management of contingency values within the Backlog
- Support and drive the development and usage of self-serve data analytics
- Support and drive process automation
- Implement and manage the Installation Excellence auditing process
- Conduct Bid Review process audits
- Conduct Handover Process audits between Sales and Execution
- Conduct Backlog review process audits
- Identify potential areas where procedures require change
- Develop new business processes and organization alignments
- Own Systems operational and financial metrics
