- Own the strategic five-year planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
- Lead monthly financial performance reviews with the Division President
- Ensure transparency on customer, product, and lifecycle profitability
- Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance
- Drive cost and working capital performance across the Division
- Initiate corrective actions where required
- Act as financial business partner for strategic initiatives, investments, and major development projects
- Participate in business cases, design reviews, and steering committees
- Partner with Sales on commercial and financial risk management
- Conduct risk reviews, manage insurance claims, and oversee escalation mechanisms
- Ensure effective financial governance and internal controls
- Implement and adhere to the Table of Authority
- Drive continuous innovation and improvement of financial processes and reporting
- Simplify and standardize financial processes and reporting
- Contribute to the strategic development of the High Speed division
- Contribute to cross-divisional and Group Finance initiatives
- Support the development of the global Finance function
