Aufgaben

Oversee operating cost (OPEX) monitoring, analysis, and optimisation
Design and develop cost control frameworks for efficiency, transparency, and scalability
Manage the cost accounting system, including annual updates of allocation keys
Lead the annual budgeting process, emphasizing client revenue streams and profitability
Own detailed financial forecasts and the multi-year business plan
Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide actionable recommendations
Oversee preparation and delivery of periodic management reports, including financial performance, KPIs, and variance analysis
Prepare reporting packages for management
Oversee financial performance analysis of client projects, including profitability and margin tracking
Supervise periodic client billing processes for accuracy and timeliness
Drive digital transformation of the finance function, focusing on automation and process efficiency
Steer the development of dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI
