Aufgaben
- Take overall responsibility for project controlling
- Ensure precise and efficient financial management
- Prepare project reports for internal stakeholders, senior management, investors, and banks
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all construction phases
- Collaborate closely with the Construction department
- Develop the project controlling team
- Optimize methods, systems, and tools with a focus on automation and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional projects within the controlling environment
- Drive innovative solutions and processes
- Act as a sparring partner for management on finance-related project matters
- Support informed decision-making
