Aufgaben
- Act as a subject matter expert in Global E2E Supply Planning
- Balance supply, demand, inventory, capacity, and business integration
- Govern working capital and manage business risk for supply continuity
- Drive advanced planning process improvement and innovation
- Partner with suppliers and systems on planning initiatives
- Make scenario-based decisions for working capital initiatives
- Align cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all planning levels
- Create and own end-to-end supply plans for finished goods, drug product, and drug substance
- Translate market demand into capacity and supply requirements
- Identify scenarios, risks, and solutions for supply/demand imbalances
- Lead volume, inventory, and long-range planning for your portfolio
- Manage forecasts, budgets, safety-stock assessments, and scenario planning
- Manage replenishment and inventory performance across assigned products and markets
- Focus on service levels, stock targets, cost accuracy, waste, and delivery performance
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and inventory development
- Take early action and build mitigation plans for potential shortages or deviations
- Participate in Product Teams and the monthly S&OP process
- Lead supply-related discussions in S&OP
- Help deliver a balanced and executable plan in S&OP
- Partner with Finance and other functions for cost reporting
- Ensure accurate reporting of supply chain costs, transactions, and inventory reconciliation
- Support inventory scrapping reporting
- Support product lifecycle and insurance-baseline planning
- Maintain accurate and reliable master data in IFS
- Continuously improve supply planning processes and ways of working
- Improve team performance
