Anforderungen
- Completed degree or training in natural sciences (preferably chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or comparable)
- Relevant experience in chemical environment and initial B2B sales experience; additionally, practical knowledge in microbiology and histology and chromatography experience advantageous
- Strong negotiation skills and acquisition strength combined with high service orientation and goal-oriented, self-reliant, and committed work style
- High communication and presentation skills with dynamic, confident demeanor and strong teamwork ability
- Negotiation-fluent French, German, and English skills (spoken and written)
- Proficient use of common IT tools (MS Office, SAP, Teams, and AI tools)
- Driver's license and willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Manage sales activities from lead generation to closing
- Focus on laboratory and production chemicals, microbiology, healthcare, and chromatography product portfolios
- Provide comprehensive customer consultation and business development
- Support new and existing customers both on-site and virtually
- Identify new sales potentials and acquire new customers and product segments
- Increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales promotion measures and sales strategies
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams
- Provide technical support and training to the sales team
- Participate in marketing activities for suppliers and product groups
- Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions
