Aufgaben
- Provide on-site customer support for installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems
- Install, configure, and optimize system components at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network performance issues
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability
- Minimize downtime by proactively addressing potential issues
- Advise customers on system configurations, preventive maintenance, and performance optimization
- Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software
- Manage escalations and collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams
- Provide technical training, workshops, and knowledge transfer to field engineers and customers
- Perform occasional calibration and hands-on support for high-volume accounts
- Maintain compliance with customer and vendor credentialing requirements for site access
