Anforderungen
- 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance or audit
- High-growth startup or scale-up exposure
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Professional qualification (e.g. Swiss Fachausweis, ACCA, CPA or CFA) is a plus
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
- Ability to build driver-based models from scratch
- High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Solid grasp of Swiss accounting, tax and payroll requirements
- Comfort operating across multiple entities and currencies

- Experience setting up or improving finance processes and systems

- Ability to translate financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to present to leadership and investors
Aufgaben
- Lead global financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Establish and maintain strong global financial controls
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain complex financial models
- Analyze financial data, including profit and cost analyses
- Create reports for leadership
- Establish and maintain end-to-end procurement processes
- Oversee global finance and accounting practices and processes
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Implement scalable processes and tools for budget management and reporting
- Complete global payroll, tax, and compliance reporting
- Lead global financial audits from preparation to completion
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, systems, and tools
