Aufgaben
- Own the Group Support FP&A cycle including AOP, latest estimates, and rolling forecasts
- Frame financial outcomes within a strategic narrative for senior leadership
- Lead financial reviews for SVP and Sr. Director-level audiences
- Explain variances and underlying business drivers to inform decisions
- Anticipate questions for executive reporting
- Drive budget discipline and forecast accuracy across departments and cost centers
- Proactively identify cost risks and opportunities
- Recommend corrective actions within planning cycles
- Lead EMEACLA regional financial consolidation
- Coordinate with country FP&A organizations across EEMEA, LATAM, and Canada
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with corporate reporting requirements
- Serve as the central coordination point for regional planning deadlines
- Serve as a credible financial advisor to senior stakeholders
- Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations
- Lead projects to enhance reporting quality
- Lead projects to streamline planning processes
- Lead projects to implement financial tools and systems
- Champion continuous improvement within the FP&A function
- Work closely with Accounting, HR, Supply Chain, IT, and local FP&A teams
- Ensure integrated financial oversight
- Ensure consistent execution of regional planning deadlines
- Deliver high-impact ad-hoc analysis on financial performance
- Deliver high-impact ad-hoc analysis on cost structures
- Deliver high-impact ad-hoc analysis on investment levels
