Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- International tax knowledge is an advantage
- 10+ years of experience in International HR and/or Rewards in multinational environment
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Global Mobility
- Experience managing international assignments, relocations, immigration, and mobility-related programs is highly desirable

- Proven expertise in stakeholder communication

- Partner with HR, Rewards, Legal, Finance, and business leaders
- Analyze mobility programs for improvement opportunities
