Anforderungen
- 3-5 years international payroll experience
- Profound knowledge of Swiss payroll legislation
- Experienced SAP Payroll Module user
- Strong MS Excel skills
- German and English fluency (mandatory)
- Further education in Social Security, International Assignment Management, or HR Outsourcing
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian, or Danish
- Commercial or technical educational background
- Experience with shadow and split payroll
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for Switzerland and European countries
- Complete all year-end payroll duties
- Process social insurance contributions and reporting accurately and on time
- Handle share plan processing within the payroll system
- Conduct data quality checks before submitting to the external payroll provider
- Make necessary adjustments to payroll data
- Review monthly and annual calculated results from the external provider
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of payroll results
- Oversee the correct delivery of monthly payroll files to third parties
- Produce statistics and reports on demand for internal and external stakeholders
- Specify business requirements for systems and interfaces
- Conduct testing for systems and interfaces
- Support HR Operations and IT teams during change management
- Coordinate international taxation topics for local employees and assignees
- Manage shadow and split payroll for international assignees
- Ensure proper handling of special payroll cases
- Continuously improve and document processes
- Ensure legal and internal compliance through process documentation
