Anforderungen
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Sound knowledge of Swiss payroll regulations
- Familiarity with payroll systems, HRIS, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Full fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Manage core payroll execution, data validation, and final payment processing with external provider and internal People Services team
- Support payroll month-end activities, including accruals, forecasting, and leadership presentations
- Coordinate with Finance on cost allocation, tax and social contribution reconciliation (AVS, pension), and budget reporting
- Handle statutory declarations and support audit activities with Swiss authorities (FER CIAM, canton-level requirements)
- Process HR-related invoices and follow up with social insurance providers
- Support escalated questions on salary calculations and administrative payroll matters with internal stakeholders
