Anforderungen
- Higher education in Finance, Business/Economics, Accounting or related field
- 7+ years of practical experience in fund controlling, fund accounting, fund administration or fund audit
- Sound knowledge of Swiss and Luxembourg fund frameworks (CISA/FINMA/AMAS, UCITS/CSSF)
- Experience in NAV oversight vis-à-vis a fund administrator
- Working experience with CACEIS is advantageous
- Experience with Python or comparable scripting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with databases and structured data (e.g. SQL)
- Successful track record in automating data and reporting processes is a strong advantage
- Hands-on mentality

Aufgaben
- Manage fund data, cost transparency, NAV oversight, and fund reporting
- Provide leadership to a team with data and automation skills
- Improve quality and efficiency of fund operations processes
- Manage tax-related matters
- Lead and develop the Fund Operations team
- Oversee fund data flows into internal systems
- Ensure data quality and completeness
- Manage relationships with system providers
- Calculate and validate fund metrics
- Manage PRIIPs KID production
- Act as counterpart to CACEIS on NAV data
- Perform plausibility checks on NAV data
- Handle NAV errors
- Contribute valuation decisions as a member of the Valuation Committee
- Steer annual and semi-annual fund reports
- Coordinate auditors and tax advisors
- Verify fund-related invoices
- Oversee factsheet production
- Oversee monthly manager reports
- Oversee recurring reporting to wholesale clients
