- Ensure seamless daily operations of the Reconciliation team
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cash and securities reconciliation
- Verify special holdings and physical securities
- Ensure adherence to the highest quality standards in reconciliation
- Analyze and resolve cash and security differences systematically and timely
- Collaborate with specialized departments to resolve discrepancies
- Drive reconciliation strategy through process improvements
- Lead automation initiatives for reconciliation processes
- Develop and implement robust internal control frameworks
- Enhance efficiency and operational resilience of reconciliation
- Rigorously monitor outstanding items
- Compile weekly management reports on aging discrepancies
- Serve as the primary contact for external audits
- Coordinate internal reviews with the Risk Office and other control functions
- Execute strategic ad-hoc assignments delegated by management
- Execute special projects delegated by management
