Aufgaben
- Act as a key finance partner to the Head of GBS and GBS Management Team
- Shape the financial roadmap
- Challenge business decisions
- Ensure disciplined planning, performance management, cost transparency, and value realization
- Provide forward-looking insights to Center Heads, solution leads, Global Process Owners, Markets, IT & Digital, and external partners
- Enable fact-based decisions
- Strengthen accountability for financial outcomes
- Lead an international finance team
- Help GBS deliver sustainable efficiency, effectiveness, and business value
- Apply operational financial management expertise to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain unit-cost, productivity, and service-performance measures using AI tools
- Connect financial outcomes with operational volumes, quality, and service levels
- Use internal and external benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities
- Plan, coordinate, and maintain cost control of Business Centers operations
- Measure performance against plan and propose action plans to achieve targets
- Set challenging targets for Shared Service Centers, solution leads, and Management Services units
- Track performance in a timely manner
- Establish and govern a framework to validate, track, and report productivity, transformation benefits, and value delivery
- Ensure a robust, documented, and transparent billing and reconciliation process
- Ensure accurate and timely charges to internal customers
- Ensure clear allocation drivers and dispute resolution
- Ensure compliance with transfer-pricing and accounting requirements
- Own and improve a transparent, driver-based costing and charging model for GBS services
- Define financial evaluation and performance-tracking methodologies
- Assess business cases and contract changes
- Ensure continuity plans reflect financial exposures and operational requirements
- Lead financial and commercial governance of external service providers
- Manage contract economics, rate cards, indexation, volume commitments, and service credits
- Manage change requests, invoice validation, and value-for-money assessments
- Develop and inspire your team in an international environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT & Digital, Global Process Owners, and Markets
