- Define and execute long-term site development strategy
- Ensure site competitiveness, sustainability, and future growth
- Partner with Site Head and senior leaders on strategic priorities
- Shape investment plans and resource allocation
- Align site and corporate objectives
- Head the Transformation Office of the Visp Innovation Program
- Drive governance, portfolio management, and value realization
- Manage risk and executive reporting for the Innovation Program
- Oversee infrastructure and workplace initiatives
- Enhance productivity, employee experience, and sustainability
- Drive continuous improvement across Support services
- Ensure innovation, compliance, and cost-effective delivery
- Manage Facility Management, Central Services, and Central Hygiene
- Develop a high-performing organization of 100+ employees and partners
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and customer focus
- Influence senior decision-making
- Ensure transparent governance and performance management
- Align platforms, functions, and executive stakeholders
