- 10+ years leadership experience in supply chain management within regulated manufacturing
- Deep understanding of cGMP regulations and international trade/customs compliance
- Proven expertise managing temperature-sensitive or specialized logistics networks
- Advanced proficiency in tier-one ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or equivalent supply chain certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma certification advantageous
- Ability to anticipate market shifts and adjust supply chain models
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills driving consensus across divisions
- Data-driven decision-making translating complex supply chain metrics into actionable intelligence
- Calm and decisive leadership during supply chain disruptions or shortages
Aufgaben
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the end-to-end supply chain
- Optimize procurement, production planning, inventory management, and global logistics
- Ensure seamless and compliant delivery of products
- Build a resilient, scalable supply chain balancing cost-efficiency with quality and regulatory adherence
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Drive alignment across Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams
- Design and implement robust risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee strategic sourcing and procurement
- Negotiate high-value contracts to build sustainable supplier relationships
- Establish vendor performance management frameworks
- Conduct regular audits and business reviews with vendors
- Direct global distribution networks, managing complex requirements
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs
- Prevent stockouts of active ingredients, raw materials, and finished goods
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Ensure supply chain activities adhere to industry regulations and quality standards
- Partner with Quality Assurance to resolve deviations and implement CAPAs
- Maintain a perpetual state of audit readiness
- Drive continuous improvement utilizing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve cycle times
- Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing supply chain team
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and empowering workplace culture
- Champion the integration of advanced technologies to enhance data visibility and forecasting
