Aufgaben
- Own and improve end-to-end SAP MM and SAP EWM processes
- Manage inbound operations, warehousing, and internal material flows
- Oversee production supply, inventory management, and returns
- Handle outbound logistics processes
- Analyze business requirements for logistics systems
- Prepare functional specifications for system enhancements
- Support system configurations, enhancements, and rollouts
- Collaborate with IT and implementation partners
- Monitor integration between SAP ERP/S/4HANA and decentralized SAP EWM
- Manage integration with LIMS, 3PL systems, and automation systems
- Coordinate issue resolution for system integrations
- Plan and execute testing activities for system changes
- Perform data validation and cutover activities
- Manage go-live and hypercare phases
- Oversee handover to support teams
- Ensure compliant documentation of testing and go-live results
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and CSV requirements
- Maintain quality, safety, and internal governance during changes
- Manage incidents and change requests
- Manage master data for logistics systems
- Conduct root cause analyses for system issues
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Define role and authorization requirements based on SoD principles
- Support implementation of risk-based mitigation measures
- Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs
- Develop work instructions and training materials
- Create key user documentation
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users
