- CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GCIH certifications are a plus
- 5–10 years of experience in incident response and vulnerability management
- Hands-on experience with incident management platforms and vulnerability scanning tools
- Strong problem-solving and cross-team coordination skills
- Focus on enabling business progress over policy enforcement
