Aufgaben
- Select, design, and implement security controls with architecture, PMO, and Legal teams
- Define and enforce security standards
- Manage and develop the Information Security Engineering team and tools
- Lead and develop the cybersecurity engineers' team for security solution design and deployment
- Design, deploy, and support data leakage security controls
- Align security solutions with business objectives and regulatory constraints
- Manage the IAM team for design and support of IAM/PAM solutions
- Protect user and customer identities
- Define security standards for company-wide deployment and enforcement
- Provide application security best practices support to development teams
- Ensure Information Security Engineering team involvement in all projects through IT PMO gates
- Build team capabilities by providing designs and solutions for email security, Cloud, and intrusion detection
- Manage the implementation of DLP and Application Security solutions
- Deliver and coordinate cybersecurity projects with IT, non-IT departments, and external partners
- Lead correction of Red Team/Pentest findings collaboratively with relevant teams
- Ensure technological and regulatory watch in cybersecurity
- Anticipate cybersecurity changes and requirements
