Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Curiosity about biopharma manufacturing and process science (USP or DSP)
- Basic understanding of bioprocessing and GMP
- Strong communication skills in English
- Organization, detail-orientation, and teamwork skills
- Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environment
Aufgaben
- Assist technology transfer by preparing process documentation, tracking data, and coordinating cross-functional input.
- Support data collection and analysis for batches, deviations, and trends.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and process descriptions for stakeholders and customers.
- Participate in risk assessments, change controls, and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, QA, and Process Development teams on operations and troubleshooting.
- Maintain GMP documentation practices and ensure data integrity for regulatory compliance.
- Attend and contribute to meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
