Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Curiosity about biopharma manufacturing and process science
- Basic understanding of bioprocessing and GMP
- Strong communication skills in English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a good teammate
- Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environment
Aufgaben
- Support technology transfer by preparing process documentation, tracking data, and coordinating cross-functional input.
- Support data collection for manufacturing batches, deviations, and process performance trends.
- Support data analysis for manufacturing batches, deviations, and process performance trends.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and process descriptions for internal stakeholders and customer interactions.
- Participate in process risk assessments, change controls, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, QA, and Process Development teams on daily operations and troubleshooting.
- Maintain GMP documentation practices.
- Ensure data integrity in support of regulatory compliance.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings.
- Take notes during team meetings.
- Follow up on action items from team meetings.
