- Pursuing or recently graduated master’s degree in life science
- Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills
- Clear and engaging conveyance of complex problems/solutions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- C1 German or French proficiency (advantageous)

- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving project needs

- Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Programming skills in Python and/or R (beneficial)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) (beneficial)
Aufgaben
- Assist in strategic development and implementation of large-scale transformation projects in Life Science
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders
- Analyze data, develop visualizations, and create client presentations
- Develop storylines to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality with colleagues
- Evaluate and improve presentation and storyline effectiveness based on client feedback
- Participate in team business development activities
- Incorporate AI into daily workflows without compromising quality
