Aufgaben
- Provide professional and personalized guest service in VIP Client Dining rooms
- Prepare dining rooms and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Support breakfast, lunch, apéro, and coffee service
- Assist with hosting internal and external guests
- Support the Free Flow Restaurant during lunch service
- Assist with food and beverage service activities
- Ensure service areas are clean, organized, and professionally presented
- Support coffee service for client and internal meetings
- Prepare meeting rooms with required beverages and consumables
- Assist with hospitality for conferences and special meetings
- Provide holiday and absence cover for tea and coffee kitchens
- Refill beverages, coffee supplies, and consumables
- Maintain cleanliness and order in tea kitchen areas
- Support the Customer Care team during events
- Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown
- Carry out general cleaning, tidying, and organizational tasks
- Contribute to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across campus
