Aufgaben
- Own and develop the EDMS and knowledge platforms
- Build, maintain, and improve the technical knowledge repository
- Capture, structure, and preserve technical know-how and best practices
- Define and maintain standards for technical documentation and product data
- Drive product data quality and establish governance models
- Analyze technical and business data for trends and opportunities
- Translate data into actionable insights for business decisions
- Lead evaluation and adoption of digital and AI solutions
- Partner with teams to implement knowledge and data processes
- Drive innovation and identify emerging technologies for business value
