Aufgaben
- Design, build, and evolve the Agentic AI Platform
- Create reusable capabilities for agent orchestration and tool use
- Develop retrieval-augmented generation and prompt management
- Implement model selection capabilities
- Take solutions from proof of concept to MVP and scale
- Apply CI/CD and LLMOps practices
- Create the MCP Gateway as the governed AI entry point
- Shape the tool registry and authorization model
- Develop the execution proxy and audit stream
- Integrate AI solutions with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint
- Build the AI Knowledge Base on Azure
- Develop ingestion pipelines, chunking, and embeddings
- Implement hybrid retrieval and permission-aware filtering
- Connect AI solutions to governed Snowflake data
- Encode business language through semantic layers and enterprise ontology
- Establish an observability layer for agent and model quality
- Track latency, failures, costs, and usage
- Monitor guardrail events
- Support value tracking and budget steering
- Ensure governance and compliance with EU AI Act, GDPR, nFADP, and ISO 42001
- Partner with AI Use Case Manager and business owners
- Develop proofs of concept and MVPs for business challenges
- Reuse platform components
