Anforderungen
- Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise Kubernetes and container platforms
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, container orchestration, platform security, networking, and storage integration
- Experience with high-availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and resilience design principles
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, service meshes, observability, and platform governance
- Proven ability to support complex technical escalations and provide architectural leadership
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
- Cloud-native architecture certifications focused on Kubernetes design, resilience, and security
- Additional Security, Network, Storage, or Compute infrastructure certifications are advantageous
- German language proficiency at minimum B2 level is mandatory
- Ability to participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, incident coordination, service reviews, change management activities, and day-to-day communication with German-speaking stakeholders, customers, and operational teams
- Must hold Swiss citizenship
Aufgaben
- Design, implement, and govern Kubernetes cluster architectures
- Define and maintain highly available Kubernetes control-plane architectures
- Lead architecture decisions for service mesh, storage, networking, and security
- Establish operational patterns and governance frameworks for containerized environments
- Provide technical leadership for complex escalations and platform challenges
- Ensure platform security, compliance, reliability, and performance requirements
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, networking, storage, and security teams
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging cloud-native technologies
- Produce and maintain architecture documentation and operational guidance
