- Additional Security, Network, Storage, or Compute infrastructure certifications advantageous
- German language proficiency minimum B2 level mandatory
- Ability to participate in technical discussions, incident coordination, service reviews, change management, and communication with German-speaking stakeholders, customers, and teams
- Swiss citizenship
Aufgaben
- Provide advanced administration and engineering support for OpenStack cloud platforms
- Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis across OpenStack services and infrastructure
- Manage control-plane health, platform resilience, and operational readiness
- Support multi-region and multi-AZ environments for reliable and scalable service delivery
- Validate architecture designs and recommend performance, capacity, and operational improvements
- Act as an escalation point for critical incidents and complex operational challenges
- Mentor and guide L2 engineers through advanced day-2 operational scenarios
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with infrastructure, Linux, Kubernetes, networking, and storage teams for platform stability
