- Implement customer-specific requirements in SAP Sales & Service Cloud
- Develop concepts and process models in collaboration with clients
- Serve as an interface between business and IT during projects
- Mentor junior professionals and oversee consultants
- Facilitate ongoing development of hard and soft skills
