Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Agile environments, including leadership of large-scale Agile transformation initiatives
- 5+ years of management experience, including leading Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (CoE)
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Scrum Master
- Proven experience driving Agile adoption, organizational change, and continuous improvement
- Strong background in project and program management, preferably in software, hardware, firmware, and/or mechanical engineering product development
- Deep knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, frameworks, and practices, with ability to coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders
- Relevant Agile certifications highly desirable (SPC, LPM, RTE, CSM, CST, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, business-fluent German proficiency
Aufgaben
- Lead, mentor, and develop the LACE team
- Elevate agile maturity and capabilities across the organization
- Coach RTEs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and Agile Champions
- Advise leaders and teams on Lean-Agile principles and best practices
- Drive SAFe implementation, maintenance, and evolution
- Ensure global adoption and operationalization of Lean-Agile processes
- Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives
- Oversee execution and performance of Agile Release Trains globally
- Facilitate SAFe ceremonies and events
- Partner with stakeholders for alignment and delivery outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement through training and coaching
- Champion automation of ART and portfolio data with AI tools
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making
- Leverage emerging technologies to strengthen Agile ways of working
- Define, develop, and maintain Agile performance metrics and dashboards
- Lead Agile maturity assessments and improvement initiatives
- Analyze trends and implement actions to increase delivery predictability
- Facilitate portfolio-level planning and governance discussions
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into roadmaps
- Drive alignment across portfolios, value streams, and ARTs
- Build strong relationships with executive leaders and stakeholders
- Serve as an advocate for organizational change
- Foster collaboration across functions and regions
