- Vocational training (BTS, Federal Diploma, or equivalent) in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or related field
- Significant experience in industrial maintenance, complex equipment, and technical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings, machine setup, and adjustments
- Team player, comfortable in professional, international, and multilingual environment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting methodologies, root cause analysis (RCA/8D), and structured problem-solving

Aufgaben
- Maintain optimal functioning and efficiency of production lines
- Ensure compliance with SUVA safety and HSE standards
- Serve as technical reference for your assigned area
- Provide technical leadership during complex breakdowns
- Perform structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Implement sustainable corrective actions
- Optimize preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies
- Define scope and standards for N1, N2, and N3 maintenance
- Ensure follow-up of actions from inspections and controls
- Coach and support technicians
- Transfer critical technical knowledge to technicians
- Develop technician technical autonomy
