Anforderungen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree or certification in relevant field highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems repair
- Strong understanding of PLC logic and controls
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Experience with diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to occasionally lift heavy objects
Aufgaben
- Apply SUVA rules, consignments/LOTO, and work standards during interventions
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and 6S in maintenance areas
- Restore equipment after interventions
- Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment
- Perform maintenance on vision and control systems
- Diagnose breakdowns methodically
- Restore equipment operation as soon as possible
- Secure the return of equipment to production
- Contribute to resolving equipment-related quality problems
- Implement defined preventive and corrective actions
- Perform preventive and conditional maintenance according to plan
- Identify drifts and report anomalies requiring action
- Fill in intervention reports in DIMOmaint
- Apply and respect instructions, standards, parameters, and machine settings
- Propose improvements to instructions, standards, parameters, and machine settings
- Ensure structured handover of instructions at shift end
- Maintain and develop versatility level according to skills matrix
- Actively participate in technical training
- Participate in series changes and machine adjustments
- Ensure compliant, fast, and stable restart after changes
- Contribute to maintaining standard cycle rate and time
- Identify and address technical drifts impacting OEE
