Aufgaben
- Own the EMEA eCommerce Content Strategy and Roadmap
- Develop and execute the eCommerce content strategy across EMEA digital channels
- Define seasonal content priorities, storytelling frameworks, and content requirements
- Lead end-to-end content planning and execution
- Plan, create, and publish product, campaign, and editorial content
- Translate commercial, merchandising, and marketing priorities into actionable content plans
- Drive cross-functional content governance
- Manage content calendars, workflows, production schedules, and governance processes
- Ensure all content is delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business priorities
- Optimize content performance
- Leverage consumer insights, SEO best practices, site performance data, and digital merchandising principles to improve content effectiveness
- Monitor key KPIs and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue contribution
- Manage content production and creative operations
- Oversee content briefing, asset creation, localization, and publication processes
- Partner with Creative, Brand, CRM, Paid Media, and external agencies for content asset delivery
- Lead and develop a team of content professionals
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Provide coaching, prioritization, and workload management to the team
- Support innovation and digital experience enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve the online consumer experience through new content capabilities, storytelling approaches, and platform enhancements
- Champion testing, experimentation, and process optimization across the content ecosystem
