Aufgaben
- Forecast and optimize inventory across a multi-node environment
- Prepare monthly inventory forecasting cycles
- Ensure inventory level targets are achieved across all channels
- Drive the open-to-buy process
- Optimize inventory across European distribution centers
- Provide fulfillment centers with updated inbound and outbound figures
- Identify risks and operational issues
- Collaborate with Planning, Brand, Finance, CS, DC, Sourcing, Logistics, and Sales Operations teams
- Optimize inbound and outbound flow of goods
- Deliver the best possible service level
- Lead monthly inventory cycles (actuals and forecast)
- Evaluate future actions to reach inventory days targets for WHS and DTC
- Present inventory data to Supply Chain Finance
- Discuss required follow-up actions with teams to improve inventory control
- Prepare distressed inventory generation and liquidation forecasts
- Coordinate meetings and activities to maintain proper inventory levels
- Propose liquidation actions when needed
- Coordinate with Merch, Sales Operation, Brand, and Finance departments
- Work with DCs and Sustainability departments on the Vans EMEA Donation process
- Contribute to the monthly open-to-buy cycle for all channels
- Identify seasonal inventory targets
- Support channels in taking corrective actions
- Optimize rebalance and rerouting processes
- Support order coverage and stock availability across DCs
- Coordinate with Senior Inventory Analyst, Planning, Customer Service, and DC teams
- Drive DC inbound and outbound forecast report creation, updating, and sharing
- Highlight pick months, main brand story launches, and factors impacting DC capacity
- Attend weekly calls with DC teams to discuss performance
- Drive prioritization and liaise with other departments
- Contribute to S&OE, S&OP, and brand forum deck preparation
- Collect inventory position, revenue updates, order coverage, and risk/opportunity information
- Manage and coach the Inventory Team
- Define team activities and workload to achieve department and brand goals
