Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in finance or related field
- 3+ years relevant work experience in FP&A
- Strong financial acumen and outdoor industry understanding
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, COGNOS, BPC skills
- Experience with AI tools is a plus
- Fluent English
- Preferably one additional EU language
Aufgaben
- Support The North Face FP&A activities across P&L planning and forecasting
- Assess channel performance and trends to maximize revenue and profitability
- Gather budget, forecasts, and ops & risks data for loading into BPC
- Deliver ad hoc reports as requested by Senior Management
- Manage financial planning and forecasting tools for consistency and accuracy
- Ensure actuals and forecasts are accurately loaded into the system
- Drive forecasting accuracy by analyzing and reporting critical trends
- Maintain alignment between financial and commercial expectations
- Support the SG&A COE to deliver accurate profit analysis
- Ensure all requests are delivered accurately and on time
- Support the budget and five-year rolling financial plan
