Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8+ years progressive FP&A, finance, accounting, or supply chain finance experience
- 3+ years people, project, or cross-functional leadership experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management, gross margin, standard costing, accruals, reserves, reclasses, allocations, and variance analysis
- Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and executive storytelling skills
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, simplify complex financial topics, and drive accountability
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion, BPC, Power BI, Anaplan, AI-enabled analytics, or similar financial planning and reporting tools
Aufgaben
- Lead global FP&A for margin adjustments, including planning, forecasting, reporting, governance, and analysis.
- Develop a global framework for margin adjustment accounts.
- Partner with stakeholders to align margin assumptions and quantify impacts.
- Oversee analysis of tariffs, duties, freight, logistics, overhead, and other margin impacts.
- Translate margin movements into executive insights, bridges, scenarios, and actions.
- Drive global margin adjustment forecasts, budgets, and plans.
- Identify margin variance causes, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to support mitigation plans and improve forecast accuracy.
- Lead, coach, and develop global Analysts supporting AGM.
