Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- MBA and/or APICS certification (advantageous)
- At least four years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Management, or related area, preferably in manufacturing
- Experience with ERP systems; Proven SAP S/4HANA experience in manufacturing
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience (advantageous)
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and inventory or material planning
- Knowledge of GMP and experience in regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech)
- Strong English communication skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and dynamic approach; ability to work in changing environment
- Strong commitment to integrity, compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Aufgaben
- Plan and purchase raw materials and auxiliary materials
- Review MRP and purchasing messages
- Create and maintain purchase orders
- Monitor supplier deliveries
- Track material availability and stock-out risks
- Track inventory status and safety stocks
- Track material release timelines
- Coordinate inventory transfers between Takeda sites
- Resolve delivery, receiving, and invoicing issues with suppliers
- Resolve material issues with Quality, Production, Procurement, and Accounts Payable
- Escalate supply risks to stakeholders
- Provide clear visibility of supply risks to stakeholders
- Maintain supplier lead times and safety stocks
- Maintain other MRP and master data parameters
- Lead daily material-risk discussions
- Follow up on agreed actions from material-risk discussions
- Support material qualification activities
- Support related purchasing processes
- Analyze performance data
- Develop reports and scorecards
- Develop digital tools to improve visibility and efficiency
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Reduce excess or obsolete inventory
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support transformation initiatives
- Support other supply chain projects
