- Experience in haemophilia, haematology, rare diseases or orphan drugs is an advantage
- Experience in Medical Affairs, medical or clinical science, clinical development, market access, health economics, international life sciences organisation, or new-product planning and launch activities would be valuable

Aufgaben
- Build and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Deliver balanced medical and scientific communication
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans
- Initiate planned medical activities, including presentations and data discussions
- Develop and deliver medical education programs and scientific presentations
- Plan, organize, and execute scientific advisory boards
- Support the Swiss country team in developing local medical tactics
- Contribute to regional and global medical plans
- Collaborate with the patient access team to support local access activities
- Contribute medical and scientific expertise to local and regional initiatives
- Provide local and regional feedback to Head Office
- Support Head Office-led medical programs and studies
- Coordinate medical information enquiries with Head Office
- Attend congresses and symposia, representing Sobi
- Engage with appropriate stakeholders at congresses
- Build relationships with scientific societies and health authorities
- Build relationships with hospitals and non-governmental organizations
- Provide medical input and advice on legal and compliance considerations
- Localize and adapt global medical slide decks
- Maintain timely, complete, and compliant CRM documentation
- Keep therapeutic-area knowledge current, including haemophilia developments and guidelines
