Aufgaben
- Support merchandising and Go-to-Market deliverables for the Specialty Channel
- Execute global merchandising strategy through regional marketplace strategy
- Align with regional market dynamics and consumer preferences
- Adapt global product assortments to meet regional specialty accounts needs
- Curate assortments for specialty partners by selecting product
- Partner with commercial teams to build plans and influence adoption
- Partner with planning counterparts to create profitable assortments
- Participate in in-season management and drive sales analysis
- Identify action-oriented next steps for immediate and future trading
- Monitor and react to marketplace trends and competitive landscape
- Ensure regional channel needs are covered by identifying white spaces
- Bring forward briefs for product line development
