Experience in IT Operations, NOC, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Support
Broad technical understanding of network, server, storage, and infrastructure
Strong process discipline, attention to detail, and situational awareness
Ability to work effectively in structured operational support environment
ITIL® 4 Foundation
Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification
Monitoring/observability platform foundation training
Security, Network, Storage, or Compute infrastructure vendor certifications advantageous
German language proficiency at minimum B2 level mandatory
Ability to participate in technical discussions and operational interactions with German-speaking stakeholders
Must hold Swiss citizenship

Monitor infrastructure services and operational platforms
Correlate events and alerts
Perform first-level incident triage
Conduct basic troubleshooting
Create, update, route, and manage tickets
Escalate incidents and service-impacting events
Execute routine monitoring and housekeeping tasks
Support incident coordination and communication
Follow standard operating procedures and governance
