Aufgaben
- Provide day-2 operational support for OpenStack and Kubernetes container platforms
- Maintain stable and reliable cloud platform services
- Manage incidents and service requests
- Perform platform administration and health checks
- Execute standard change activities
- Escalate complex architectural or control-plane issues
- Administer and support OpenStack and Kubernetes/container platforms in production
- Troubleshoot container runtime, platform, and infrastructure issues
- Execute standard operational changes, upgrades, and maintenance
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and service health
- Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and service records
- Collaborate with Linux and baremetal infrastructure teams
- Ensure end-to-end platform stability
