- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

- Track record defining and delivering technical platform visions and roadmaps
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
- Track record managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams, vendors, and domains
- Familiarity with risk and compliance frameworks for Swiss financial institutions
- Exceptional technical leadership and systems thinking
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- Expertise in software lifecycle governance, technical debt management, vulnerability remediation, and release approval processes
- Skilled in road-mapping, backlog refinement, dependency management, and translating business capabilities into technical initiatives
- People person or comfortable with significant business/consumer interaction
- Solid understanding of non-functional requirements—performance, availability, recoverability, monitoring, logging, and security-by-default
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data-informed decisions using KPIs, telemetry, and feedback loops
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multinational environment
Aufgaben
- Define and maintain the technical vision, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy
- Gather requirements and maintain relationships with consumers
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, performance, and security
- Embed non-functional requirements, observability, automation, and resilience
- Lead prioritisation and delivery of platform features and capabilities
- Collaborate with Product Manager, Scrum Masters, Development Teams, System Architect, and Release Train Engineer
- Coordinate work across Agile teams
- Own the platform backlog, ensuring clear initiatives, features, and user stories
- Prioritise delivery, balancing innovation, tech debt, and operational stability
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for incidents, problems, audits, and risk findings
- Establish and monitor SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs
- Leverage metrics and OKRs to measure platform health, usage, team performance, and business value
- Drive standardisation, reuse, and simplification across the platform ecosystem
- Coach and guide Technical Leads and development teams
- Foster best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and incident response
- Shape the target operating model for platform operations
- Represent the platform in executive forums and governance bodies
- Articulate progress, risks, investments, and strategic decisions to stakeholders
