Anforderungen
- Strong Siemens Teamcenter configuration, operations, and support experience
- Solid understanding of PLM processes
- Product structures / BOM management
- Change management / lifecycle
- Document management
- Application support experience (L1/L2/L3)
- Basic understanding of system integrations (MES ↔ ERP ↔ PLM)
- Understanding of engineering-to-production data flows
- MCAD integrations experience (preferably Siemens NX and Dassault Systèmes CATIA V5)
- SAP (S/4HANA) and PLM (Teamcenter) integration knowledge
- Aerospace / defense / regulated manufacturing environments experience
Aufgaben
- Implement, configure, and support Siemens Teamcenter solutions
- Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot PLM capabilities
- Continuously improve PLM capabilities
- Ensure integration with CAD, MES, and ERP systems
- Work with key users and cross-functional teams
- Ensure end-to-end consistency of product data
- Configure and maintain Teamcenter data models, workflows, and lifecycle processes
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for PLM incidents
- Identify root causes, resolve incidents, and ensure system stability
- Support management of product structures and BOMs
- Support minor enhancements and configuration changes
- Support and optimize MCAD and ECAD integrations with Teamcenter
- Troubleshoot CAD-related issues impacting product data, revisions, or releases
- Collaborate with CAD application responsibles and engineering teams
- Monitor and support integration flows between Teamcenter, SAP, or Opcenter
- Analyze integration issues and coordinate fixes across systems
- Ensure data continuity across engineering and manufacturing processes
- Contribute to digital thread initiatives
- Manage user access and roles within Teamcenter
- Support testing and release cycles
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and changes
- Provide training and guidance to key users and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes within Teamcenter
