- Build and embed the Procurement function
- Develop and implement local procurement policies
- Create transparency across third-party spend
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and value creation
- Drive change management for the Procurement function
- Position Procurement as a value-adding function
- Lead key sourcing initiatives
- Drive end-to-end procurement processes
- Define category strategies
- Identify consolidation opportunities
- Lead supplier negotiations
- Deliver value across pricing, quality, and risk
- Establish strong relationships with key suppliers
- Implement supplier performance management frameworks
- Embed sustainability requirements into sourcing
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders
- Align procurement strategies with business needs
- Optimise spend and enhance decision-making
- Track and communicate procurement performance
- Ensure visibility on KPIs and savings
- Maintain alignment with Global Procurement
- Contribute to cross-regional initiatives
