- Support delivery of company targets on cost and cash flow
- Develop category and sourcing strategy for key services categories
- Execute sourcing and contract negotiation for global-owned supplier contracts
- Manage supplier relationships and develop new suppliers
- Manage portfolio of suppliers ranging from local start-ups to global Fortune 500 companies
- Own ZBB policies and budget processes for key cost packages
- Serve senior global stakeholders to deliver negotiations and contracts
- Leverage data and analytics to develop benchmarks and identify opportunities
- Develop agenda, content, and process for annual Champions workshop
- Bring innovation, ESG, and disruptive ideas to procurement categories
- Test new initiatives via real-world pilots for potential scale-up
- Coach and mentor buyers and managers in Region Procurement Office teams
- Coach and mentor back-office support teams
